1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FuelCyclePro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

FuelCyclePro ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Hot Chilli Studios, a Swiss-based sole trader. The Service is a cycling training plan generator and nutrition tracking platform available via web and mobile applications.

2. Description of Service

FuelCyclePro provides:

  • Personalised cycling training plan generation based on user-provided fitness data
  • Nutrition tracking, meal planning, and fueling recommendations
  • Workout export to third-party platforms (Zwift, Garmin, Intervals.icu)
  • Integration with third-party fitness platforms (Strava, Zwift, Garmin)
  • Mobility routines and recovery tools
  • Performance analytics and progress tracking

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

The free tier provides limited access to the Service, including monthly or rolling caps on training plan generations, personalized meal prep plans, Coach chat, saved training plans, and workout exports, plus bonk prediction on planned workouts, mobility workouts, basic analytics, DIY recipes per category, basic nutrition tracking, and Intervals.icu ride sync, plan calendar push, and trainer FIT upload when Trainer Mode is enabled. Connection steps and Intervals-specific terms are on the Intervals.icu setup page. The Pricing page and your in-app account status show the Free limits that apply to your account; promotional or launch periods may temporarily raise those Free caps without changing Pro-only features.

4.2 Pro Subscription

The Pro subscription (list prices shown by region on the Pricing page; web checkout may bill in USD until regional Stripe prices are enabled; App Store and Google Play use store prices) includes up to 10 custom training plan generations and 10 personalized meal prep plan generations per rolling 30-day window, unlimited saved training plans, unlimited Coach chat, unlimited workout exports, advanced bonk prediction with post-ride correction loop, bonk risk history, deep analytics, and other Pro features as described in the app. Intervals.icu connect, ride sync, plan push, and trainer FIT upload are included on Free as well as Pro. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely via Stripe (web) or through Apple App Store / Google Play Store (mobile). We do not store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled by our payment providers in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. For subscriptions purchased via Apple or Google, their respective refund policies apply. Contact us at support@fuelcyclepro.com for refund enquiries.

5. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service (training data, nutrition logs, profile information). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide and improve the Service.

You may export or delete your data at any time via the Settings page. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Strava, Zwift, Garmin Connect, and Intervals.icu. When you connect these services:

  • You authorise us to access your data on those platforms as permitted by their APIs
  • Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms of service
  • We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services
  • You may disconnect any third-party integration at any time

7. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Important: FuelCyclePro is not a medical service.

The training plans, nutrition recommendations, and fueling guidance provided by FuelCyclePro are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition programme
  • Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
  • Training plans are generated based on user-provided data and may not account for all individual health conditions
  • We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or adverse effects resulting from following our recommendations

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorisation

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, training plan templates, and content, is owned by FuelCyclePro and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • You may request deletion of your data (see Privacy Policy)
  • Any outstanding subscription fees remain payable

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Uri, Switzerland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your jurisdiction.
